One of the biggest liquor stores in Forest Lake. The isles are a little small, though. There are so many choices you can choose from here. I also found my rare favorite drinks here. The store staff is very friendly too.

The store had an excellent selection of wines, beers and liquors very well organized. Picked up a few bottles last week for a wine tasting and dinner that we often host and decided we might want to move our business to their store.
When I called to obtain the on stock inventory for a single item I was told “no I can’t I’m busy” by the staff member working today.
We were looking to purchase a case and didn’t want to make the 40 minute drive if there was not enough in stock.
A more professional response would have been:
- I’m unable to look that up right now but I can reach back out - what number can I reach you at?
- you’re actually able to look up inventory levels online - do you have access to the internet?
- I am in the middle of checking out a customer - can I place you on a hold?
Any of these would have been acceptable. Customer service is important and for that reason I had to dock some stars. I don’t think I can transfer business to this location unfortunately. I do wish them luck in potentially having a better hiring or training process. That might be the only way to compete with the high standards that Total Wine has set.

Everyone here is not only friendly but helpful. Always have suggestions about new stuff they've sampled and have a pretty decent selection of just about everything.

There was a nice fella working on the evening of 7/5….I may have walked in at 8:56, not realizing that you closed at 9….but, that fella was SO nice and SO friendly and knew exactly where my beverage was and I was in and out in about 30 seconds! Thank you nice fella, I appreciate you! Not everyone is happy and friendly when people walk in minutes before close, so I truly appreciate that!
